The Customer Service Institute of Australia is Australia’s peak customer service organisation. CSIA delivers frontline customer service training plus Certificates and Diplomas in Customer Service Management for Team Leaders and Senior Customer Service Managers.

Founded in 1997, the CSIA is dedicated to the professional development of organisations and individuals in customer service. CSIA publishes the monthly Customer Service Excellence magazine and celebrates CSIA’s official National Customer Service Week in October each year.

Education
CSIA has accredited and nationally recognised customer service training for frontline staff, team leaders and senior managers which will drive customer service excellence across your organisation. Certification
CSIA assesses and certifies organisations to the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) via its Certified Customer Service Organisations Program and Australia's leading Complaint Management System Audit and Certification (International Standard for Complaints Handling Processes: AS ISO 10002—2006), program. Recognition
Launched in 2001 the Australian Service Excellence Awards are Australia's most rigorous multi-industry awards program with categories for government and large and small business as well as contact centres and customer charters. The Awards recognise individuals and organisations and have been endorsed by Prime Ministers.
