The new version of ICSS is here!
The new version of the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) was released last year.
The cyclical review of the previous version (ICSS: 2015-2020) has resulted in the production of the new ICSS: 2020-2025, which reflects extensive consultation with ICSS certified organizations in North America, Australia and Asia, along with consultation with ICSS Assessors, ICCSO members, partner agencies, industry bodies, and an extensive review of current academic literature.
