Do you know a customer champion?

International Customer Service Week (October 02 - October 06, 2023) is a chance to celebrate people who support customers and CSIA is giving you the chance to acknowledge someone you believe should be crowned our 2023 CSIA Customer Service Week Customer Champion 
What is a customer champion?


A customer champion is someone who has impressed you by the way they have put a customer (or customers) at the heart of their decisions or actions. Perhaps you've seen them do this once, or perhaps this is something you see them do everyday!


Who can I nominate?


You can nominate a colleague, your manager, perhaps your delivery driver, or barista, or even somebody who may not be dealing with customers directly, but behind the scenes they have been working hard to deliver great customer outcomes.


How do I enter?


Simply complete the entry form. You'll need to explain why your nominee should be selected as the 2023 CSIA Customer Service Week Customer Champion in 250 words or less.

Does it cost anything to enter?

Entry is free and there are no hidden costs.


Can I nominate more than one person?


Yes - however we are limiting nominations to two per nominator this year.


Can I nominate a team?


The CSIA Customer Service Week Champion is an individual recognition award.


How does CSIA decide who wins?


CSIA's board will review the entries and select the winner. As the nominator we will advise you first and let you break the news to your nominated person.


Is there are prize?


Yes. Both you as the nominator and the winner receive a complimentary 12 month CSIA Professional Membership


When is the competition running?

Nominations need to be submitted by 5pm on Friday, September 29, 2023. The winner will be advised on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
