global economy, service excellence is critical for
Australia’s future competitiveness and success. For this
reason, I strongly support the Australian Service Excellence
Awards organised by the Customer Service Institute of
Australia.
I congratulate all the individuals and
organisations which have been nominated for their vision,
creativity, drive and enthusiasm to do their jobs well and
