Entry Process  

  1. Select the Awards Category appropriate to the size and nature of your business.

  2. Register your intention to enter by completing the registration form. To be eligible, it must be received by no later than 5pm 30 April 2008. 

  3. Enterprises must provide a submission of up to 2500 words and should also include supporting documentation such as charts, tables and graphics. The closing date for submissions is 5pm 15 May 2008

  4. Awards Application Forms can be downloaded at www.csia.com.au/awards/home.asp

Applications and submissions must be signed and forwarded to the Customer Service Institute of Australia PO Box 811 Edgecliff NSW 2027
