1. Select the Awards category appropriate to the size and
    nature of your business.

2. Forward your Application Form to the CSIA by 5:00 PM, 
    30 April, 2008.  

3. Together with your Application Form the organisation will
    need to submit it's Awards submission. The guidelines for the
    Awards submission are outlined on the Awards Application
    form. Click here to download your Awards Application Form.
    

4. Judging of the State Awards begins in
    April 2008 to entrants are assessed on the quality
    of their submission. Finalists will be chosen and
    judged via a site visit assessment. 

5. Winners of the State Awards are eligible for the National
    Awards - in addition to their submissions and the site
    assessment, a further presentation to the Award Judges may
    be required to make a final determination.
