These organisations have demonstrated their commitment to excellence in customer service by implementing the ICSS four major perspectives and their associated elements into their organisation, then undergoing a third-party audit to assess their compliance with the standard.
By achieving certification to ICSS these organisations are permitted to use the CSIA “Certified Customer Service Organisation” Seal on their company stationery and marketing material.
