    Discover Australia’s most exceptional customer service stars at the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s Australian Service Excellence Awards.

    The CSIA Australian Service Excellence Awards showcase achievement in Customer Service. Reaching the finals and winning an award illustrates  the high standards of management, training and commitment to excellence within those organisations.

    This highly demanding area is arguably the critical success factor for many organisations. For this reason it is important that the Customer Service Profession has its own national awards to recognise, promote and reward excellence,  professionalism and outstanding achievement.  Customer Service Institute of Australia’s Australian Service Excellence Awards.

    Location: Parkside Ballroom, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Drive, Darling Harbour, Sydney NSW

    When: Wednesday 26th October 2011 – 6:30pm

    Function begins 6.30pm with Pre-dinner drinks until 7.00pm

    Guest are requested to be seated by 7.00pm to begin the Awards Presentations.
